Q: How long will the project take to complete?

A: Most major remodeling projects take between 2 to 4 weeks, though the time required depends upon how extensive a renovation you want. Granite countertops only take a few hours to install for most applications.  Cabinet Refacing generally requires just 1-2 days in your home.

Q: That's a lot faster than your competition. How can you do it?

A: Because Showplace Design Center is the designer, manufacturer and installer for your entire project, we control the entire project. We are not at the mercy of product suppliers or subcontract installers. Also, we don’t start construction until after we have ALL the elements to complete the job. Because we have our own Kitchen and Bath designers on staff, we own our own granite cabinet refacing fabrication company, are sole distributors of Showplace cabinets and do all of our installations “in-house”, we can SAVE YOU TIME AND MONEY!

Q: In this current housing market does it make sense to renovate my kitchen or bath?

A: It makes more sense to remodel now than ever before. If you had wanted to upgrade to a new home and found it does not make sense in this current home environment, maybe upgrading your kitchen and bath in your existing home will make your home more “functional and livable” and give you the features that you wanted to move for in the first place, without all the cost and hassle of moving.  Also, insterest rates are at historic lows for those who wish to finance their renovations.

Q: How much of the work will Showplace Design Center employees actually perform?

A: Our fully integrated staff consists of design consultants, interior designers, engineers, project managers and finish craftspeople who will personally perform virtually every aspect of your project. In some cases, when a specialty sub contractor's talents are needed, we will use a subcontractor who will be directly supervised by our staff.

Q: Can I get help designing my renovation project?

A: Our design consultants are available to you, free, on every SPDC project. They'll be able to show you a wide selection of samples at our showroom or at your home.

Q: I'm going to need advice selecting a countertop. Can you help me with that?

A: Of course! We own our own granite countertop facility, Wholesale Granite Warehouse. It is located at our Trimble Showroom. There you can view a large selection of slabs in the comfort of our indoor granite and marble slab showroom.
